Our scheduling is very structured and our time as well as others is very important.

1. DEPOSITS

1. 1. PERMANENT MAKEUP

1.1.1. Permanent makeup deposit for initial treatment - £50

1.1.2. Permanent makeup deposit for control treatment - £50

1.1.3. Consultation fee - £20

1.1.4. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests for consultation a £20 ( non-refundable) deposit is due upon scheduling.

1.1.5. If you are no show for your initial orcontrol treatment (without minimum 2 weeks advance notice) you forfeit your deposit of £50 plus other fees of £50 will be due before being put back on the schedule.

1.1.6. Whether you are or NOT the candidate for Permanent Makeupthe fee is not refundable

1.1.7. If a procedure is scheduled ontheconsultation the fee of the consultation will be deducted from the total procedure price!

1.1.8. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the studio as soon as possible, give at least 2weeks notice and we can transfer your appointment ONCE to another day.

1.2. OTHER SERVICES

1.2.1. Bridal package (Makeup+hair) - £40

1.2.2. Microneedling - £20

1.2.3. Makeup - £20

1.2.4. Hairdo - £10

1.2.5. Full Body Waxing - £20

1.2.6. If you gave a notice of being late up to 15 mins you can keep the appointment with no extra charge.

1.2.7. If you are late over 30 mins for your appointment you will need to reschedule and you will forfeit your deposit.

1.2.8. DEPOSITSARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the studio as soon as possible, give at least 48 hours notice and we can transfer your appointment ONCE to another day.

2. MONEY BACK OR REFUNDS

2.1. No money back or refunds after procedures, beauty or any other treatments.

3. RESPONSABILITY

3.1. Our technicians are fully trained and qualified, but there is no 100% guarantee of procedure or treatment result satisfaction by client.

3. 2. Technician can’t be responsible if client states that she/he didn’t like the treatment after client leave the Studio. All issues should be solved with technician immediately after treatment if client has any concerns.

*3. 3. FOR PMU CLIENTS ONLY. If client DO NOT follow aftercare procedure suggested by technician, picking scabs, going to chlorinated pool, touching treated area with dirty hands etc. Permanent makeup technician do not hold any responsibility for the infection caused after treatment when client left the premises.
